Hangul syllable decomposition

JamoWren supports coding conversations about the internal structure of modern Hangul syllables. Work from your project files and inspect the arithmetic decomposition with a compatible model, keeping its limited character range explicit.

Keep text transformations within their stated character range

A text-processing helper can work for a sample word and still make assumptions that fail elsewhere in the application. JamoWren is a Windows AI coding workspace for examining those assumptions alongside source code. Start with the transformation you need, the accepted input range and the component that will consume its output.

A useful task is reviewing decomposition of a modern precomposed Hangul syllable. Give the connected model examples with and without a trailing consonant and ask it to inspect the output expected by your caller. Keep the bounded character range explicit, so a focused helper is not mistaken for a complete normalization process for arbitrary Korean text.

Review how the proposed change treats input outside that range and whether the caller supplies one syllable or a longer string. Then run fixtures that assert the actual returned characters, including boundary syllables and rejected input. If the result is later searched or displayed, check that integration separately rather than inferring behavior from a successful decomposition alone.

JamoWren connects through supported OpenAI-compatible or Anthropic endpoints. You may select an available abliterated AI model, subject to its behavior and server capabilities. The practical workflow is source inspection, a focused proposal and verification with known text examples; model selection does not replace those checks.

Keep text transformations within their stated character range — questions before editing

What should a decomposition fixture include?

Provide the input syllable and expected returned characters, including a case with no trailing consonant. Check the actual character values as well as their display. Similar-looking text can conceal a different representation.

Can this task cover every Korean text representation?

The illustrated helper targets modern precomposed Hangul syllables within a stated range. Broader normalization or compatibility-character handling requires an explicit additional contract. Ask the model to identify that boundary before expanding the implementation.

Why test a longer string as invalid input?

A helper accepting one syllable should not accidentally process only the first character of a word. Review the length check and the caller’s error handling, then decide separately how a higher-level string transformation should operate.

Should search behavior be assumed from decomposition output?

No. Search may apply its own normalization, tokenization or comparison rules. Inspect the consuming code and test representative queries after the helper change. A correct decomposition fixture establishes only the transformation it actually checks.
